See Something, Say Something reporting tool added to Town of Rotterdam Website
The Town of Rotterdam has set up a section on the Town website (www.rotterdamny.org) to allow residents to make a report regarding Code Enforcement issues, non-working fire hydrants, non-working street lights, or other roadway issues. The new system will log all reports and ensure that they are forwarded to the appropriate department for further action.
To access the Town of Rotterdam website, you may click here, or navigate to www.rotterdamny.org. There is a tab located on this home page that is labeled “See Something, Say Something”. In order to cut down on spam emails, phishing scams, etc. once someone clicks on one of the tabs they will have to first register for town email and SMS (text) emergency alerts. This will give residents and business owners an additional way to easily stay informed. They can select to receive SMS (text) or email notifications that most interest them like document postings to the Town Calendar and Town Department pages as well as emergency alerts. Also, they’ll be able to opt in or opt out at any time by logging in and updating their profile.
