The Rotterdam Police Department will host prescription drug takeback events at both the Rotterdam Police Department (101 Princetown Rd.) and Walmart (1320 Altamont Ave) on Saturday 4/27/24 from 10am-2pm.  Residents are encouraged to take this opportunity to properly dispose of expired/unneeded medication.  Too often, unused prescription drugs find their way into the wrong hands. Michael S. Brown named next Rotterdam Police Chief

With the retirement of Chief G. William Manikas on April 30, 2021, the Rotterdam Town Board has appointed Michael S.
